Activity 1
Theory Class
Introduction to the basic concepts of diving: pressure, breathing, underwater signals and safety protocol.
Activity 2
Confined Water Practice
Supervised practice in shallow water to get familiar with the equipment and basic techniques before heading out to sea.
Activity 3
First Dive
First dive at the reef with your guide. Beginner-level maximum depth. Marine life observation.
Activity 4
Second Dive
Second dive with more confidence. The guide will point out the reef's most interesting spots.
